GTN Fitness is a Company that is here introduce people to the most effective & natural way of getting fit & healthy. Our Company specialises in Bodyweight training also known as Calisthenics in a style that you will not see anywhere else. The fantastic mix The fantastic mix of Bodyweight Training (Calisthenics), HIIT, Martial Arts, Movement, Functional Training, Boxing and our created exercises has made GTN Fitness a unique way of helping clients acheive there desired goals. All our Personal Trainers are fully qualified at level 3 minimum, fully insured, registered with the UK's register of exercise professionals and have many years of experience within the Health and Fitness industry.
As stated above our training methods are based on using your own bodyweight. One of the greatest benefits of training this way is that you can potentially train in any location at any time. Whether your in your local park, home or office you can get busy with some of the exercises you will learn in your time training with our team.

personal trainers are mobile but our main locations for Personal
Training Session's is at Gymbox, 123 Victoria Street, Victoria,
London SW1 6DE & Paddington Recreation Ground, Maida Vale, London
W9 1PD.
Personal training sessions and
packages will vary. All packages will be specifically designed to
suit all our clients needs, goals and abilities. Yes we go hard
with all our sessions but as some of the fittest people in the
world say "Train Insane or remain the
same". No we will never push anyone
beyond there limit, but we will push you to reach your highest
level and show you how great you really are. 30 Minutes Trial
session is available for serious enquires.

How to make payment
We accept payments directly into our Business Bank account or alternatively by cash in hand. When making payments to our Business Bank Account please use your full name as a reference and keep your receipt for proof of purchase. (Please contact us for our Banking details)
We do not accept payments via Paypal becuase we believe this method is not safe.
Locations
Below is a list of our main locations that training sessions take place. The first option "Train At Home" is our mobile service where one of our Personal Trainers will attend your home address, hotel or any other place you may reside. The Maida Vale Park option is where we take advantage of the amazing outdoor sports facilities in the "Paddington Recreation Ground". We also now offer 1 to 1 Personal Training and Group Sessions in Gymbox, 123 Victoria Street, London SW1 6DE. And last but not least the "Outdoor Gym in Wembley" just off the high street 10 minute walk from the arena.

Train At Home
Paddington Recreation Ground
This is ideal for those who want to Train in the covenience of there own home, hotel or any other place you they reside.
With Maida Vale being one of our main locations for our training sessions its only right we use the outstanding sports facilities at the Paddington Recreation Ground
Gymbox - Victoria SW1
Online Training
If training in a gym is most preferable then this option is for you. Sessions are held at Gymbox, 123 Victoria Street, SW1
(Non members welcome)
We also offer Online Training for those that live outside of London UK. For information please contact us via the contact page.
